Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order, and these have been delivered simultaneously;
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods under a single order, and these have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: support@asterhus.com.
You may use the attached standard withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will this repayment incur any additional fees for you.

We may refuse to make the reimbursement until we have:
received the returned goods, or
you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion and lapse of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive;
for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days at the earliest and the value of which depends on market fluctuations;
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts:
for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
