Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
Delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The package will then be prepared for transport.

2. Shipping time
Denmark: 5-10 business days
Shipment is handled by PostNord.

All delivery times are exclusive of any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium delivery. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After dispatch, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click on "track your order" in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in several partial shipments.

My tracking number doesn't work
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If tracking still shows no information after a few days, please contact customer service.
